Patent Office of Republic of Bulgaria organizes seminars in Shumen, Haskovo and Blagoevgrad , respectively on 22, 24 and 26 April 2013 in performance of Contract on technical cooperation for 2013, signed with the European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM). The topics that will be covered at the seminars are: Acquisition of a mark and the design of the EU, Scope of law, Violation of the rights and remedies against violations.
Further is provided the issuance of brochures in Bulgarian language related to practical questions about brands and designs, as well as Electronic information service and support for the brand and the design of the EU (help desk), serviced by email.
The initiative aims to promote and introduce the brand and design community law among the enforcement authorities in the country.
