Vivacom replaced unfair terms in the users agreements for part of its services in relation to the amount of penalties for early contract termination by the user.The changes affect the subscribers of services VIVACOM FIBERNET, VIVACOM NET, VIVACOM NET SLIM, VIVACOM IPTV, VIVACOM TV, VIVACOM TOOWAY, VIVACOM WiFast и and virtual mobile number.
The amendments come into force on 13.01.2015г. and provide upon early termination penalty not exceeding three monthly fees in their standard size, regardless of its term (12 or 24 months). If the user has used the discount of the tariff plan or discount of the regular price of purchased devices, these concessions should be recovered in proportion to the amount corresponding to the remaining term of the contract.
The amendments providing favorable terms shall take effect in two stages. For contracts terminated early by the user after 13.01.2015to 30.04.2015, the maximum penalty is up to six monthly fees, and for the contracts early terminated after 01.05.2015 shall apply the new clause enabling a maximum amount of penalty to 3 monthly fees.
The new conditions shall apply to already concluded and for the new contracts.
